Hi

I'm looking forward to getting involved in this forum. I am the editor of a magazine specializing in the publication of historical fiction short stories, called Alt Hist, find it at http://althistfiction.com and I also write historical fantasy, see my website http://marklord.info for more details.

Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.
Location: California Bay Area

welcome, Marklord. I'd submit, but so far I can't seem to write anything short of 50K words, unless you count forum posts. ;)

Hello, marklord - I saw you over at Absolute Write and posted the link here recently - welcome to HFO! It looks like a very interesting publication. :)

If you were interested we could think about serializing a novella across a few issues?
