Welcome Lee.... Time Walking is good thing....We don't have castles.....but I live near Philadelphia, and have many opportunities to touch, feel and walk with history.....BTW great introduction......

Hello and welcome, you've landed in the right place. I am interested in earlier British eras so although I do stroke castles, I confess I am overtaken by the same stream of imaginings while looking out at what my husband describes as "lumps in the grass" That is, Iron Age hillforts and Roman camps where a great deal of imagination is required to see ANYTHING :)
