Hello!

Post by MissMarplestein » Fri February 6th, 2009, 12:40 am

I just joined today. I hope to meet new people who enjoy reading what I do. Look forward to chatting and getting to know you, and hearing what others are reading, what others recommend.
I just read Time and Chance and The Devil's Brood by Sharon K. Penman. Awesome books - I became a fan of hers years ago after I read Here Be Dragons. I am a huge fan of historical fiction, but also enjoy romance novels - I believe I have all of Kathleen Woodiwiss' books; but my favorite gothic/romance novelist would have to be Victoria Holt. I read her book, Mistress of Melleyn, when I was in 10th grade (many moons ago) and became a diehard fan. Mistress holds a special place in my heart...[/FONT]
