New, and final, series, starts in the UK soon - at least we know there won't be a cliffhanger ending as to whether he survives or not!

In the series finale, Morse drives away from Blenheim Palace after a concert recital.
Actor and director Shaun Evans talks about his time on the show:
https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/masterpiece/sp ... rs-finale/
Of interest, he mentions that the drive out from the palace was the final day of principal filming!

I enjoyed watching "Endeavour" from the start and the cast leads in the show over years! Long time actors Roger Allam and Anton Lesser have mentioned this TV series was the longest one they've done.

Anyone else watch season 9?

I loved that last shot of Morse driving away, and passing the other car, gave me quite a shiver down my spine! but a nice touch.

Anton Lesser was in several series of Game of Thrones too, maybe not quite as many series as Endeavour but he made quite a lot of appearances in it.
