Have you seen the Youtube video of her back in the early days before she was Lady Gaga and without all the showbiz getups. Really talented!

Respectfully.....I recognize the talent....but the glitter/glitzy act is already old.....costume's and choreography gets in the way....I like it when singers show some emotion and move around...only my humble opinion....."Rockin' and Roll will never die"...either will Jazz, Blues, Funk and traditional Folk....excuse the rant

Amon Amarth- The Avenger
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!
- "Into Battle"

Enya's new album "The Very Best of Enya"
It's been out for awhile; we just got it for the library collection. Includes songs from the "Lord of the Rings" movies.

Currently listening to Patti Smith (still super-cool after all these years) singing "Because the Night" from her album "Absolution"

Oh, I love Patti Smith, and I really love Because the Night. It's a Springsteen composition and I mostly love everything The Boss has ever written.

Last night I was listening to Red Army Blues by the Waterboys again, and it sent chills down my spine. A novel in a song.

And then at the gym tonight, someone had really annoyed me today, so I put in some hard work on the cross trainer to Blow by Atreyu and got really aggressive. I feel so much better now!
