Are you reading Mary of Carisbrooke? I'm pleased to see that it's been reissued - it's a touching story.

The Sourcebooks copy just landed and I've looked at it a bit but haven't started it yet.

I grew up overlooking the Isle of Wight from the other side of the Solent. It was Keats' favourite place.

There is an old saying down that way "If you can see the island, it's going to rain -- If you can't see the island, it's already raining."
