This is the first SKP novel I purchased, but haven't read it yet. After the Eleanor trilogy, perhaps.

Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!

Surely the time is right for someone to adapt this brilliant novel into a film or mini series. Especially after the events of the last two years, methinks I may have to buy another copy with the updated authors note.

Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.
Location: California Bay Area

I really believe this novel would make a far superior adaptation than the Philippa Gregory books. (Sorry PG fans, I don't mean to knock her books all the time. I have bought quite a few and yes...enjoyed reading The Other Boleyn Girl and others)
