London's Hidden Underground for sale

Posted by a friend on another list. She remarked that the buyer could turn it into a library for their TBR :D :p Not that you'd get much peace and quiet to read!

How wonderful! What a place! Wonder who will buy it?
A good book and a good coffee, what more can anyone want? xx

Very interesting article. My first thought was 'More retail space, of course!' Looks like lots of underground shopping space for subway commuters' needs. Dry clean laundries, banking, post office, library or book stores, groceries and other conveniences could be close at hand just underneath the tube.
