I've had this installed for a year or so (it seems). It is very helpful.

Pardon a total noob question (I just got my first tablet this week (with Kindle app)), but is this different from the purchase which sends directly to my device? Does it send to all your kindle apps if you have multiple devices?

Yes, this would be different from purchases. I did get a PDF and a blog post sent to my kindle, but I haven't checked the mobile or the PC app to see if they are there. You do want to make sure when you send and if you're prompted to choose WIFI or Whispernet you take WIFI. You can incur document charges when you transfer unpurchased Amazon items via that connection.

Interesting in Chrome there's a big red K button for send to Kindle. In IE I had to print and then choose send to kindle as my option.
