Oh, I almost forgot that was today.
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!

Mentioned this elsewhere, but I was absolutely blown away by Thomas Heatherwick's utterly fabulous Olympic Cauldron. Wow! Don't think ther's any video footage yet, but keep an eye out for it. Meanwhile, here are a few pictures from the Daily Mail...

Wow, I can't believe they got the Queen do that bit with "James Bond", Daniel Craig! How great was that!

Yeah, that part was awesome.

I'm proud to be British... er, wait. Anyway, great ceremony.

I thought the Opening Ceremony was spectacular. Danny Boyle deserves an award. I loved the bit with James Bond and the Queen, too. The Olympic cauldron was a brilliant idea.

I like the ones about queuing and 'not getting your round' in. Not getting a round in should definitely be the eighth deadly sin in pubs! LOL. And you can't beat a good curry after a visit to the pub! ;) :D

I didn't think it was the real Queen at first, when they were in the Palace. I don't think any other nation would get away with a stunt like that,do you?
