Post by annis » Fri April 1st, 2011, 9:00 pm

Well, we've had the Royal Wedding in wool. Now as wedding excitement reaches fever pitch, here's an ingenious Lego version!

I love it! The detail is awesome -- the pram, the presents, and of course the ever-present corgis. :)

Kate's train isn't quite long enough, though. ;)

Clearly, there are some folks out there with far too much time on their hands... (says the woman who crochets)

Yikes! Legoland is scheduled to open 3 miles from me this September in Winter Haven, Florida.

[quote=""Telynor""]Clearly, there are some folks out there with far too much time on their hands... I've set aside my crochet hooks for the time being because there are just so many wonderful sweater patterns out there, not to mention the yarns....

The Estonian lace knitting keeps tempting me, talk about compulsiveness. And I've started knitting those little corgis out of the Royal Wedding knit book. No kidding about the yarns -- I get the Yarn Barn catalog out of Kansas, and the yarns in there are droolworthy, but alas, expensive.
