Do you not have any Sonic Drive-Ins in your area? I rarely go now as much as I did in high school and college. I loved Sonic's Coneys (hotdogs with chili and cheese) and the corn dogs, too. I don't know if the carhops are still on rollerskates or not though. Maybe I should get the work lunch group out to Sonic one day soon instead of our usual Mexican or Greek.

I do love a good sausage dog with chili and shredded cheese and a bit of mustard and catsup.
I thought she was talking about a Drive In movie theatre. We don't have a Sonics on the island but I see commercials all the time for them so I suppose they must have some around Seattle and Tacoma.

There aren't many drive-ins left, but it is cheaper to go there than it is to go to the cinema.

We don't have carhops. Or rather, you can order your food by text message and have it delivered but they charge you a lot to do it, so we walk to the food place!

Ahhh. Well then, no lunchtime drive-ins for me because the closest one to work is 100 miles away! There are only two drive-in movies in SC that I know about.

I liked Taco Bell, I even worked at two different locations. And I still liked them. I haven't had them in over 10 years or so. Only because I never get the chance it seems.

I had Green Tea Ice Cream, it's very good, better then it sounds.

Oh I love Scotch Broth Carine. Haven't had it in ages, but I used to eat it a lot. I guess it comes from having grown up in Scotland. :)
