I've heard that eating cereal at night is helpful in sleeping well. Anyway eating cereal in the morning makes me nauseated.

last night- plank grilled salmon, garlic grilled shrimp with steamed broccoli and a salad.

I'm fasting for breakfasttoday for lunch- chucky cheese pizza tonight-grilled chicken, baked potato and steamed vegies.
