Worst thing this whole week is the heat index, which will hover at around 110 degrees Fahrenheit into the weekend. Too hot with too much humidity. Yuck.

Yeah. WTH. Its going to be horrid the entire week. We are around 96 with humidity, but people where I live don't really have AC units. Hell, I dont even have a fan.

worst thing for me today: Sunburn!

Yikes! I'm happy it's nothing like that here, we're at 61 and raining for most of the day. Though it'll be in the 70s and low 60s next week.

It's going to be another scorcher and because of my asthma, I can't be outside. I daydream about days where I can just sit and read all day and now that I have them, I want to be outside! Cabin fever to the max!

Something broke my chicken's neck today and then I had to put down the chicken because it was still alive. One of the hardest things I had to do. :(

Sorry about that, Divia. We used to keep chickens so know that you can become fond of them. We stopped keeping them due to Mr Fox - it was just too distressing.
