Burning myself on my lunch dish. Made worse that I could have avoided it. :rolleyes:

my ridding lawnmower broke. So I had to use the new push mower. It works great. too bad I have bruises on my arm from using it. Dumb. :( :(

I'm so sorry for your loss......Dogs demand so little and yet give us so much joy and all done with such love. Unlike people there is no 'what's in it for me.' They just love their families with all their heart.

Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.

So sorry to hear about Siddy, Diane. It sounds like she had great life, but that doesn't make up for the hole she leaves behind. Hugs and healing thoughts.
