You'll be in my prayers to SPB.

Helen, just remember that he's your ex for a reason. You're better off without him.

I have a UTI and I already suffer from OBS, so I'm feeling pretty miserable of late. I hope this clears up before Skyfall comes to the island or I'm not going to any movie theatre!

Being kicked off another forum I really liked due to one mod being angry at me when the other members like me! :mad:

Hope you feel better soon, Sonja - not sure what your ailments are but they don't sound pleasant.

Sounds a bit drastic, Helen! It's their loss!

UTI = Urinary Tract Infection
OBS = Over Active Bladder Syndrome

My OBS is usually under condrol with my med for it, the UTI is is the main annoyance.

Is that a bit like cystitis? If so, that is very uncomfortable. Cranberry juice is supposed to be good, a natural antibiotic.

I used to drink cranberry juice all the time, until I noticed that when I hadn't had it for a few days my OBS wasn't as bad, it's a catch 22. It's one of the items sufferers are told to stay away from.

No. I don't have all the symptoms of cystitis.

I'd heard that about cranberry too; perhaps it's not so good if you have certain problems in that area.

Hope you feel better soon SM - UTI infections are hideous.
