A few days ago I noticed I wasn't getting the usual emails I should've been getting from Ebay. No searches emails, no confirmations for my auctions that I put up, nothing. I cleared my cache and everything else someone suggested and still nothing was showing up, so I've had to change my email for Ebay, sigh, annoying!

Back in April I preordered "The Complete X-Files: Behind the Series, the Myths, and the Movies", I knew it wasn't out till Oct and I was fine with that. Then a month or so ago I got an email from Amazon saying the date had been moved to mid to late Nov, so I approved of the change. NOW I got another email saying the date has been moved to between 01/06/2009 - 02/13/2009! I'm this close to saying "FRICK THIS SH*T" and cancelling the damn thing! GRRR ARGH!

Isn't there a phone chain to let the teachers know about delayed openings?

Well 1/2 the teachers were at school too! Those who live futher away from the school were already there. Those who live 5 min away were at home.

Still, there should be a phone chain. Was there nothing on the radio or morning news? Or the school district website?
