Goodie Swap Price Limit

Post by Divia » Wed September 23rd, 2009, 1:41 am

I would like everyone who is interested in the Goodie Swap to please participate in this thread so we know what our limit is for our gifts. The price will include shipping. So if everyone picks 20 that includes shipping.

For those who are interested in the goodie swap please check out http://www.historicalfictiononline.com/ ... php?t=2411
for more information. This is the second year we will be doing this. All are welcome to participate. :)

Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.

Umm-- Divia, you need to check the price of overseas shipping. It tends to go well over $25, unless you are just sending a letter. I don't have a problem with that, or I wouldn't have signed up to ship anywhere, but last year the shipping cost about three times what I put in the package.

I've voted for $25 if it includes shipping. I suppose that's about £15?

To my knowledge last year we capped it at 20.00 and I thought that included shipping.

Well it appears that a majority want the 25 dollar limit. I'll leave the poll until Sunday.
