I will get some, but not going near Wal-Mart today. Off to Amazon.MLE (Emily Cotton) wrote:Trust me, KT tape is a whole generation better than an ace bandage.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2xYUxXrjxk Wal-Mart has it too, but you have to go to the weight-lifting section to find it. You leave it on for up to 5 days, and viola! strain gone. (It even stays on through bathing.)

Re: The Most Annoying thing today
I've recommended the KT tape to a friend who's been having foot problems, we thought it was plantar fascitis at first, but her doctor said no and the symptoms seem to be different, and she's still waiting for a scan on the offending limb. So I mentioned the KT tape to see if it helps her in the meantime, I'm pretty sure you can get it here in the larger chemists. Thanks for the tip MLE.

My attempt at bread didn't work out. I'm supposed to be good at that.

Got a later than normal start to hitting the grocery store today. I can't believe the way people walk around the store staring into their phone and not paying attention to staying out of the way of other shoppers. Then (!!), I'm in the 12 or less quick lane and the idjit in front of me is yapping on his phone, ignoring the cashier and couldn't even think to pull out his card until after the total was presented to him.

Ugh, the people took on the phone in line are so annoying. Very bothersome when I was cashering.

People on phones are irritating period, especially when they're dithering around in front of you and then stop (especially if they're on stairs as well, very dangerous).

I live in an area where people seem to think NOTHING of being on their phones while driving. And I don't mean bluetooth. This horrifies me; what can possibly be so compelling to yap about it's worth risking the lives and property of everyone you're sharing rush hour with, you imbeciles?

Same here Diane, and I see a lot of cyclists riding along busily chatting on their mobiles, and in one case, texting whilst riding. Are they suicidal or just idiotic?
