I’m reading The Birdcage by Eva Chase, a dual timeline Gothic mystery set in Cornwall.

I’m also reading via Pigeonhole The Secrets of Saint Madeleine by Tilly Bagshawe, a family saga set in France beginning in the 1920s.

Preferred HF: I like a series the best - more to look forward to after one book ends. Masters of Rome, The Century Trilogy, & the Outlander series are some of my favorites.

Still listening to War & Remembrance by Herman Wouk. Almost halfway through! Only 30 more hours to go. :o Extremely interesting on so many aspects of WWII, although of course the writing is sometimes different than what would be acceptable today.
