- Preferred HF: I like a series the best - more to look forward to after one book ends. Masters of Rome, The Century Trilogy, & the Outlander series are some of my favorites.

I’m still reading Corrag by Susan Fletcher, a story set in 1692 just after the Glencoe Massacre. It’s not easy to read but strangely compelling. Via Pigeonhole I’m reading The Kingdoms by Natasha Pulley, a time travel, alternative world tale set around the Napoleonic wars. This one is definitely a little weird but I’m keen to keep on reading to try to understand it!

I’m just about to start Frenchman’s Creek by Daphne du Maurier, a love story involving pirates and smuggling, set in Cornwall during the 17thC.
Via Pigeonhole I’m reading The Silver Wolf by J C Harvey, an adventure story set during the Thirty Years War in the 17thC. I’ve read two staves and am finding it very gripping.

New and #14 in the Jane Austen Mystery series! In 1816, Jane goes to a fashionable spa after enjoying success with Emma.
It's been 6 years since Jane and the Waterloo Map released so it's good to see Jane back.
