My last book was a DNF, so I'm now on cosy crime, with "A Cotswold Christmas Mystery" by Rebecca Tope.

From the library: A Curious Beginning by Deanna Raybourn
The 1st installment in the "Veronica Speedwell Mystery" series. I checked out and binge reading the series ahead of the upcoming and 7th entry An Impossible Imposter releasing next month.

I enjoyed that one.

I’m reading Romance at the Sweet Shop of Second Chances by Hannah Lynn, the second in the Holly Berry series. And via Pigeonhole I’m reading The Twyford Code by Janice Hallett, a very different murder mystery which involves cracking the Twyford Code.

Is it historical fiction if it's set in the 1970s? I'm listening to Crossroads by David Franzen. Have not read his previous books, but this one sure rings familiar, having had a similar background as some of the characters. Haven't really read anything like this before. Very engrossing.

And via Pigeonhole I’m reading The Couple at the Table by Sophie Hannah, a murder Mystery set in a luxury resort.

The Untold Story by Genevieve Cogman
New and #8 installment in the "Invisible Library" series. The author says she's stopping at this point in the series in her acknowledgement.

UPDATE - Just finished Crossroads. Fantastic book. Found out it's the first in a planned trilogy spanning 50 years, so next book will be set around 1995ish.
