Are there agreed upon definitions of sub-genres on this forum?

Post by Vodder » Sun November 7th, 2021, 11:05 pm

As someone new to historical fiction I see there are terms like Traditional HF, Romance HF, Speculative HF, and others. Does this forum have specific definitions for the different sub-genres.

I ask because I'm most interested in HF which strives to have as much as possible accurate to the period of the work. Is there a specific term for such fiction?
