The White King by Leanda de Lisle (NF)
A new biography of Charles I. The color plates feature portraits and other artwork that are new to me.

I also read Becoming Queen Victoria by Kate Williams. It's a good complement to the "Victoria" TV series, a dual biography of Princess Charlotte and Victoria.

Daughter of York by Anne Easter Smith, and Ravenspur by Conn Iggulden.
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!
