Interesting, as soon as I started Keturah and Lord Death I picked up a Christian fiction vibe, even though there's nothing about it to indicate that it is. I later checked, and yep, Martine Leavitt's books are listed on the Mormon Literature and Creative Arts database.

Currently reading Jewels of Paradise, Donna Leon's latest - a standalone mystery set in present day Venice, but with a strong link to its Baroque past. Okay, but not totally gripping me at this stage.

Finished my March writing challenge with a whopping 52,000 new words, so finally taking up fiction again. Reading EC's To Deny a King. Very much like her style with historical characters.

I am now ripping through Shadow on the Crown. I now realize that Emma's story will be told in a trilogy. I know very little about this time period, and find Emma to be a fascinating woman! :)

I'm now regressing back to childhood and reading The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett. I noticed it was free on Kindle and couldn't resist :)
