I was fortunate enough to win a £10 Amazon gift certificate, so I just had the pleasure of buying:

In the Land of the Long White Cloud by Sarah Lark
A Swarming of Bees by Theresa Tomlinson
Isabeau by N. Gemini Sasson
The Whispering Bell by Brian Sellars
Bending the Boyne: A Novel of Ancient Ireland by J.S. Dunn (all Kindle)
The Fall of Atlantis by Marion Zimmer Bradley (second hand paperback)

I think I made that gift certificate stretch quite far!

Was Cassandra Clare the person who wrote those hilarious Lord of the Rings spoofs about 10 years ago?

Don't think so, nothing about them on her entry on Fantastic Fiction anyway; she may have written them under another name perhaps? I think she used to be a showbiz/Heat magazine type of journalist.

If it's not her, then it's someone of the same name. They were hilarious. Still around online.http://www.ealasaid.com/misc/vsd/

Diving Belles by Lucy Woods - short stories set in Cornwall
The Cornish House by Liz Fenwick - mystery, set in yes Cornwall (there's a pattern here!)
Hiss and Hers (an Agatha Raisin mystery) by M C Beaton - cosy crime in the Cotswolds
