HA! That's right SonjaMarie. And we'd also insist on having the "Lord's Rooms", which were cushioned seats near the actors. Although the view was pretty crappy. At the Globe Theatre? As long as we didn't have to smell any of the smells and could actually understand what they were saying, it would be fun!

i'd love to see cleopatra, too.
what did she look like?
how did she carry herself?
how did she speak?
where is the globe theatre?
it's still in london, isn't it?
i should check it out.
i also want to go to hever castle.
i think that's the one where Elizabeth I was
at for some years when she was younger?
i mean now.
and back then, too.
, I suspect we may have some Tartar, Mongol, Turk, Russian, Ukrainian, and Iranian ancestors as well. Which six degrees of separation are where?
Oh, I have no doubt. It gets muddied too because depending on the century or decade, I am either Polish, Russian, or Ukranian. Sometimes that changes within the lifetime of one person!
I'm reading a book about Flappers right now, definitely an interesting time.

Could you please give the title of that book
I'd like to spend some time in the Alcott house. I'd also like to see how religious Joan of Arc really was. And less glamourous I'd like to see how my grandmother acted when she was 17.

It's nonfiction "Flapper: A Madcap Story of Sex, Style, Celebrity, and the Women Who Made America Modern" by Joshua Zeitz.
I'm really enjoying it.

So many choices! But for one thing, I'd love to have read Dickens's novels in the original serialized versions.
