I don't have an ereader but I skimmed some of the reviews (including the 1 star ones).
The amount of positive reviews makes me a little bit sad. The state of basic historical knowledge among the average reader is even worse than I imagined. A 12th century girl named Kay ..... and that's only the beginning.

I see, I'm doing it wrong as a writer. I should throw the history out and put more men with chiselled chins and bulging biceps in.
And no longer waste my time researching correct Mediaeval names, when Amber or Jessica work as well.

- Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
- Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
- Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.

Haha, Gabriele, just hope those pseudo-historicals will work as a gateway to better stuff. It has happened.
I'm just landing in Prydain with a bunch of Irish monks and a Cymry or two.

I'm in the village of Tindledale, in Hettie's House of Haberdashery, in a knitting frenzy making 75 Christmas 'Ho Ho Ho' sweaters!

And did I tell you that one of the bad guys hollered at the worker bees and called them peons? There was a lover's lane?

Early 11th century Normandy and 11th century Scotland.
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!
