Re-reading Jane Seymour: The Haunted Queen by Alison Weir in paperback

Previous book: Anna, Daughter of Cleves by Heather Darcie (NF)
This new biography includes details about Anna's family, the history of her native duchy, and German history. Her marriage and annulment from Henry VIII had its political implications on the European continent. The author is fluent in German so she could read primary sources in the original. She also maintains "Maidens and Manuscripts" blog:

I bought this book while I was in Edinburgh last month and enjoyed it.

I started re-reading Anne Boleyn: a king's obsession by Alison Weir.
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!
- "Into Battle"
