I finished As Shadows Haunting yesterday, and really enjoyed it, both the present day and past storylines. I'd never heard of Sarah Lennox before, quite the life she led. The author has Sarah and George III thisclose to becoming man and wife, and very much in love at that. What was fun at the end,

EDIT: SPOILER WARNING, I can't get the spoiler tag to work.

her last husband (and true love) was the several years younger George Napier. I had come across the Napier clan prior after researching a bit about Priscilla Napier, the author of Imperial Winds. Obituary.

The Lennox Sisters were central to the Non-fiction The Aristocrats by Stella Tillyard. It was made into a multi part TV series (might have been 4-6 episodes), which I watched about 6 months ago. I was put onto that as when we were travelling in Ireland, we went through a house were one of the sisters and he family lived. Jullian Fellows (Downton Abbey writer) plays their father.
