Saw Thor the other day. Loads of fun, very pretty to look at (both scenery & actors :D ) Only small problem I did have with it was that the main person (Chris Hemsworth) was a regular on one of the evening soaps here, and I always find it hard to reconcile at first that actors from our evening soaps...

Dymocks on Collins St (321 Collins St specifically) have a selection of books one doesn't usually find in other bookshops. SLOC & I were trying to work out how Jeff Bridges got a Best Actor nom, but Hailee Stanfield got a Best Supporting nom, where they were both equal with amout of screen-time. SLOC thinks it could be because Stanfield is only 14/15, but I think that makes her performance more worthy of a Best Actress ...
