My copy of Pioneer Girl about Laura Wilder FINALLY shipped. I ordered it back in Feb. It will be interesting to see how she really wanted to write the Little House books.

I'm not a Gregory fan, but for some reason I do have a soft spot for Parr. Maybe its cause I feel sorry for her. She never got the happiness she longed for.

I think if one reads a variety of reviews then those questions are answered. There is always someone who is put off by violence and sex. So if you read enough reviews then you should get that. I also ususally tell someone what narrative its in.
