Historical Romance Recommendations

I'm in the mood for a good HR. Does anyone have any recommendations on good ones they've read lately? My favorite hands down is Silken Threads which I read years ago on the advice of EC. It's still the best I've read. I also love her earlier more romantic work. I've also liked everything by Lisa Kle...

List of EC's books?

Is there a list somewhere that lists all her books in chronological order? And that tells which books with different titles are the same? I have a feeling there are some I still have to read. I get confused with the different titles for those released in the UK vs the US. I've bought double copies o...
It just came out, so perhaps you read one of the earlier volumes if you read it a few months ago.
I got it from the Vine Newsletter in June or July. I can't remember exactly but I reviewed it in July. It was definitely the last book in the series.
The final installment in Juliet Grey's Marie Antoinette trilogy. Enjoying it.
I read this a few months ago and loved it. I had no idea it was the last of a trilogy. As a stand alone novel it did just fine. Right now I'm reading Across a Moonlit Sea by Marsha Canham. ...

I just finished The Summer Queen by EC. Loved it!! I find after I finish an amazing book I'm more picky about what to read next so as not to be disappointed or taken down from my literary high!

I finally slogged my way through a vine selection and now that that's out of the way I can start chipping away at my own Mt TBR. Paths of Exile by Carla Nayland is next up for me. It looks really good and I can't wait to start reading it.

Interesting! My first impression is that it seems highly unnatural but when you think about it how many animals have the luxury of a long uninterrupted sleep every single night? Still, I like my sleep and nobody, including my bf, better wake me up in the middle of the night!! For anything! :p

That's extremely rude of her. Weight is a touchy subject and I only broach it with my own mother, who does really need to lose weight, when she brings it up. To bring it up out of the blue to anyone, let alone someone you haven't spoken too in a while is just bad form. Not not mention those shakes a...

Whew OK thanks! I always try not to order too many books from Vine because they get in the way of my books I want to read but I can't seem to help it and always order at least one. I've only been back into reviewing vine things the past few months after years of letting it slip. I'm surprised I'm st...
