I'm so glad to have discovered this site some time ago. I never would have realized this about Alison Weir. I know I sound liner a whiner, but I was just hoping for the truth. I don’t know how I could expect that from a book when I don’t expect from the news media reporting on recent things. Sigh.

LOL. Many times, I wish I had God's point of view, so I could know what the real truth is about these things, not the spin doctor's view of it. Course, I feel that way every time I read the news, too...

I am very lucky to be the recipient of an advanced reader's copy of "Elizabeth of York" by Allison Weir. She spends a considerable amount of time on this very question and comes down exceedingly firmly on R3 did it. I admit, I'm a little wishy washy on if I think he did it or not. I'd prefer it, sin...

I'm distressed I miss this whole thread in March! What a wonderful one it was. I've created a hopelessly long list of things to be read. Lauragill, thanks for all of your hard work, and any NF you'd care to share beyond what you have I will eagerly read. I like to mix up my reading between NF and fi...

I love the tarpits!

You're welcome for what I could post, since I do so infrequently. I have to agree with lauragill that the "heiress" theory has debunked pretty thoroughly, and that Aye’s wife was still alive when he became king. I don’t know what the family politics would have been like to have the previous Great Ro...

Tut and his family

I'm intrigued by your WIP... and how it could tie into my favorite family and time period -also known as the Amarna tarpits. ;-) I agree that there are many versions of the family history, but we are in a pretty enviable time, in that we have had DNA testing done to help unravel some of the question...

I recently sold my color Nook and my iPod touch to upgrade to an iPad. I absolutely love reading books on it. I love that the screen is bigger than the color Nook. I've read both Nook books and Kindle books on it through the apps, and I like the Kindle reading experience better - mostly because the ...
The reviews on my books are authentic, too. None of my family or friends has read anything of mine. :(
Ahh, that makes me sad. I just had to go to Amazon and see the 2 books in your sig and they look EXACTLY like stuff I would love to read. If I had a sister who wrote t...
