This one is definitely on my to be read list! I have loved both The Traitor's Wife and Hugh and Bess, so I am looking forward to this.

Thank you Carla & Misfit for sharing your reviews they were quite helpful and I am excited to learn that this is a fresh take on the reign of Richard III.

Lucky you 4ever Queen! I am anticipating that one as well. Our bookstores are out of stock (temporarily unavailable) of this book, so I am working on others while I wait for it to become available. I have just recently finished The Greatest Knight and absolutely love William. Right now I am reading ...

True MLE - no one is certain exactly when they died. I have always liked the whole Margaret Beaufort theory. With the princes out of the way, everyone believing Richard guilty, in comes Henry and voila, a king is made.

I just finished reading I, Elizabeth from my TBR pile and started Forever Amber by Kathleen Winsor. I haven't read this one yet and the copy from the library is quite old and has 2 Chapter 37's! I am enjoying it so far though.

IMO, I am still wading through this one. I had heard great things from so many other readers, but I have had difficulty getting through this one. I find it seems to be the same things over and over again and Claire, though feisty, seems way to modern in her thinking and actions. The fighting, the se...

I do the same as well. Sometimes the rave reviewers may not always share your views, so reading as many as possible is always a good idea. I especially follow this rule with an author that I have never read before. I don't want to fork out money on something I am going to hate, so yes, I always read...

Very cute MLE! I love the socks in the last pic. My best thing this week (as it actually happened Monday, but I haven't logged on since) is that we got a new kitten. I am really excited as we lost 2 this summer, more than likely to coyotes, so our 3rd shouldn't be so lonely. The best part is she loo...
