I am participating in this HF reading challenge and one of the things for the challenge we have to do is read a book that is set in the fall. So I was wondering if anyone can recommend any good HF books which take place (at least the majority, of it,) during the fall or deal with themes relating to the Autumn season.

One obvious one, by title anyway, would be the recent novel by David Mitchell called The Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet, which is set in 18th century Japan.
