I've noticed that Moody's stable of writers doesn't tend to be very strong -- not just the older writers like CCK, but even their current ones. For that reason, I tend to stay away from books they publish.
As you say, Not Regina has some excellent story elements, and it is full of conflict, all of which could make for a really excellent book. And it's a time and place that is rarely touched in HF. I'd love to see what a really good writer could do with the story...... |
