Just finished. I vaguely recall Edmund Beaufort but he seemed to be a minor character and then dropped off the face of the earth. Or else I was skimming again. I had a few more WTF moments at the end, but not sure how to ask about them without being a spoiler.

I'm reading this at the moment and I've just reached the improbable and ludicrous part that Misfit outlined. I was wondering what other people had said and whether it was worth finishing it. I'm not reassured.
