Does anyone know who The King's Vengeance by Philippa Wiat is about?

I'll look around for my copy. Daphne may find hers first since my downstairs is under construction. One of my indexes says it's Tudor era. I will say that Philippa Wiat has some of the strangest character interpretations I've seen in biographical fiction.
