I understand that you are very familiar with Marco Polo. Years ago, I read a book called, "I Go Marco Polo". It was about an expedition to Hunza. I loved it and am trying to track it down. I don't recall the author's name and don't know if it is still in print. Can you help??

Nice to hear from you. I had forgotten I'd put the cat pix up. My two are both "mutts" if the term can be applied to cats, but I am convinced Boris is half Russian blue. His fur is exceptionally silky. That baleful glare may seem daunting, but he is the most gentle cat I've ever had.

Thank you for the compliment, Ive just put up a few more furniture images. As for Boris, yes he looks a glorious cat. We've had two russian blues, the one pedigree with papers and everything (eloise) was the loudest semi mute ever, twice as loud as the next common moggie. While her more stray pound origin 'sister' (katerina) also a russian blue squeaked softer than a mouse. I'll post some shots of them later, both unfortunately have passed on, one (eloise) while defending the children from an extremely venomous and aggressive snake.

I love the shots of the cats in your album, we had a russian blue for many years and she looked just like boris.
