My earlier review, reposted here:
I enjoyed this novel on Théodore Géricault's masterpiece, The Raft of the Medusa, more than I thought I would. Arabella Edge is truly a gifted storyteller. She forced me (willingly :)) into the mind of a man obsessed with his work - obsessed to the point where he brought dead people into his home to study the decomposition of their bodies. Ger-roosss!
