I am trying to find any and all information on 1st century Ephesus. I know that it was the 3rd largest city in the Roman Empire. Also, that it was a melting pot for all different religions. I need to know of any thorough websites dealing with daily life, customs, clothing, so on.

This website looks quite interesting. The text is a little clunky- I suspect that English is not the native language of the author, but there's all sorts of stuff there, though it might not have as much detail about daily life as you'd like:

From an 1884 book, a bit about the temple of Diana.

There's a bit of stuff on Mark Roberts' blog about Paul and the contretemps with the silversmiths at Ephesus - you might find it interesting if you haven't already come across it
