Hello, I just joined! I am quite amazed at how much there is on the web since my novel first came out from Viking Penguin four years ago. Publishing "Marrying Mozart" has been a bit of a fairytale; I have had many editions and translations and now a movie option! I fell in love with Mozart at the age of 12!
I see that someone posted here that my new novel about Claude Monet in his struggling years and his passionate love story with his model/muse Camille will be out from Crown in spring 2010. It was called "The Green Dress" and is now called "Claude and Camille."
My web site is http://www.StephanieCowell.com
I am sure I have several friends on this forum and will make new ones too!

Hi Stephanie :-). I am ashamed to say I've not read your book yet and am now enthralled. (I read 'Loving Mozart' which is a very beautiful book and through that became enamoured of Mozart). Welcome to the forum!

Hi, Stephanie, and welcome to HFO. I, on the other hand, have had a major thing for Beethoven since I was 11 or 12! I haven't read your Mozart, but certainly need to find it.
Welcome to the forum, Stephanie!
